I just love it when arrogant atheists are made to look foolish; especially the more snobbish ones like Christopher Hitchens.
You may have heard of him. He's the author of "God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything." He's also the "enlightened" and "intelligent," and no doubt "tolerant" (in his own eyes) atheist who said these things on TV about Jerry Falwell shortly after his death:
"I think it's a pity there isn't a hell for him to go to."
"The empty life of this ugly little charlatan proves only one thing, that you can get away with the most extraordinary offenses to morality and to truth in this country if you will just get yourself called reverend."
Not to mention referring to him as a "little toad" and "evil." But I digress, and only post those examples to put on display the kind of character - and I use that term loosely - of people like him.
Anyway, Dennis Prager put a question to Hitchens, and Hitchens couldn't answer directly. He was caught. So what did he do? He twisted the question, avoided answering honestly, and hoped no one would call him on it.
The best part of this is that if he actually answered the question honestly, without trying to replace Muslims with Christians, he would have had to answer "yes" and so discredit the main thesis of his book.
Classic.
For the full story, visit this article link. The best part is at the end, where Hitchens is called on his slippery evasion and basically forced to answer honestly. Even then, he lies, rather than face up to the fact that his book's premise is a farce. Anyone who is intellectually honest would have to admit that Hitchens could only look foolish. Either he would admit to being relieved, and so discredit his own book and look foolish, or answer as he did, and look like an ignorant paranoid on the level of someone like Rosie O'Donnell.

Have you seen the Hutchens-Wilson debate? Good stuff. My take on ole H is that "he protesteth too much." Might just be that he's being drawn and like Paul, he's kicking @ the goads, ya know? We'll have to wait and see what happens in the Great Hitchens Saga.
Oh, and one of my favorite, real simple "proofs" of how powerful the Judaeo-Xtian ethos is? In the "Old Days," we used to be able to leave our doors unlocked, and even the keys in the car. Even in working class neighborhoods. And farmboys had their rifles in the back of their trucks, but not a one of them would've ever considered using it on innocent humans.
Keep up the good fight!
Yes, it does seem that the more the "freethinkers" have to say, the worse our nation becomes. Go figure.
